Introduce your capital
Tell the desk who you are, whom you represent and what you would like to review. A request opens the conversation; it does not by itself open any document.

The Deal Room is where capital providers read sponsors’ offering materials under a gate. Access is by request, and the desk reviews each request individually.

Tell the desk who you are, whom you represent and what you would like to review. A request opens the conversation; it does not by itself open any document.
Once admitted, you read the summary the sponsor has approved for release and decide whether a closer look is warranted.
Access to each memorandum is granted deal by deal. The desk confirms your fit with the sponsor’s requirements before the file opens.
Once admitted, a reader sees three things: the memorandum, an index of the data room and a way to ask the desk a question. The illustration below shows how a memorandum reads in the room. Its figures describe no actual transaction.
A memorandum begins with the asset, the capital requested, the sponsor and the business plan. This illustration shows the reading layout; it describes no actual offering.
